By commissioning me and doing the payment, i assume you have completely read, understood and agree with the following termsContent
All pieces of art, regardless of size you choose, will be SFW (safe for work). That means that adult content like pornography, nudity, gore or any themes beyond +18 won’t be allowed. This also includes any noticeable genitalia or exaggerated sizes. Of course, casual lack of clothing that doesn’t show or have any sexual cotent is allowed.Themes that i see as controversial or just unethical to represent in my artwork will be forbidden as well as violent material or provocative symbolsIf any of this kind of media is requested, i will choose what actions must be taken, from changing the material to just reject the commisionProcessFilling:
The commissioner must fill the form in all the obligatory blank answers, send it with the right account and wait for the artist to choose the ideas and request
Contact:
Once the artist has found an interesting idea, he will contact the client in social media through Twitter direct messages (DMs) or email. Any other means of online social interactions will be ignored.Payment:
It must be done before drawing, if not, the artist has the full right of not starting until the client has paid or rejected the request. Paypal will be used for this action in USD ($) currency.Lastly, if the client changes their mind and wants a refund, it could be done if the artist havent started the piece or any unfortunate event like improper communication or sickness that might not allow him to finish the artwork, which can only be done half way through the art processSketching:
In this phase, the artist will send work in progress (wip) pictures to the client and show the progress made. Any corrections needed before the final lineart must be done here, giving the artist as much feedback as possible to achieve the best result.Finishing:
After sketching and in his phase, any last minute changes will be disregarded depending on the complexity and the artist's thoughts. The finished artwork will be sent to the client in a google folder that will be on a linkPublication and use:
Commissioner will have the choice to allow the artist to upload the finished piece on social media and if they want to be mentioned. The client cannot alter or hide the artist signature, if the image is cropped, it must be credited on any social media.Turnaround:
It will take between 5 days up to a week right after the sketch and all the composition is finished and the artist has received the payment for the art piece. This length of time might increase if the artist encounters any unforeseen issues that might delay the piece’s completionLastly, if you have any questions about the TOS that haven't been answered here, i insist you to send me a message in the already mentioned social medias and email.
